General Terms & Conditions
- Please note that a booking is a contractual agreement. Cancellation policy - cancellation is stipulated on each hotels webpage - there are no exceptions to cancellation of a booking. Bookings are to be made online only , we presently dont offer phone back booking services.
- To make a booking on this site you must be at least 18 years of age.
- A no show will be charged for the full amount of the booking.
- Refunds for paid bookings on this website will be minus 500 Bt to cover the Admin cost of transfering of monies back to guests account.
- In case of a cancellation, Plase contact us As Soon As Possible via Email - info@newthaiairport.com
- Online Credit Card Bookings are not available for bookings within 72 hours unless stated otherwise on newthaiairport.com's hotel webpage.
- To follow a correct complaints procedure, any dissatisfaction of the property reserved must be communicated to us during a stay. We cannot assist in any dispute for complaints that are advised only upon return.
- Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
- New Airport Travel Ltd act only as an agent for Hotels & Limousine Services and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any loss, damages accidents, change of schedule, or other irregularities caused or arising from circumstances beyond their control.
- There is a 5% surcharge if paying online with a credit card.

Transfer Service - Terms & Conditions
- To make a booking on this site you must be at least 18 years of age.
- Online Credit Card Reservations of vehicles are not available within 48 hours of booking date.
- If the credit card holder is not using the transfer service we will need a photocopy of the PASSPORT ID page of the credit card holder to verify the booking (please email to us - info@newthaiairport.com).
- Guests are required to present the emailed Voucher to their Driver at pick-up with the credit card holders passport ID to ensure verification.
- Transfer Service - Flight and passenger details are to be given so that we can coordinate the shuttle effectively. If your luggage has been lost or it takes longer time to pick it up please let us know as soon as possible (Our Airport contact number will be at the foot of the confirmation voucher).
- Damage - Any damage to the Limo/Shuttle, by the passengers of the vehicles and their parties, will be responsible for the cost involved, in replacement or repair, at the most reasonable cost available, and with as little inconvenience to both parties.
- Baby Seats - None of the limousines or shuttles are equipped with child seats, although there
are functioning seat belts. A child seat can be used by the passenger if they have one.
- No Smoking - All vehicles are strictly non-smoking.
- Terms of Payment - Payment is to be made in full at least 48 hours before the use of our transfer service.
- Vehicle supplied - We will endeavour to provide the vehicle requested by you. In the unlikely event that we are unable to do so we reserve the right to provide a substitute vehicle of similar type and capacity.
- Delays - We will wait up to 2 hours after the arrival of your flight, after 2 hours you will be charged 100 Baht per 30 minutes.
- Government taxes are included in the prices quoted. There is a 5% surcharge paying online with a credit card. Rates subject to change without prior notice
- Guest No Show - A no show will be charged for the full amount of the booking.
- Cancellation - For paid bookings 72 hours before the transfer service will be granted a refund minus 500 Bt to cover the Admin cost. Cancellations within 72 hours of the transfer service will be charged the full amount.

The Websites Booking Engine is all checked and accredited and fit for the purpose. The guest (or individual making the booking)is fully responsible for the accuracy for content of their booking details submission - we accept no responsibility for any error(s) made by the guest(or individual making the booking).
